Lease rates in the core of the utica

 Does anyone know what are the recent rates for Belmont County land located in the core of the Utica. Had a person who has not leased yet ask me what people are getting as offers........

I know a person who just leased for 11,000   Not sure of the township

At this point in time it might make sense to wait for a drilling unit to be formed around you and then negotiate.  How much acreage do they own?

Not sure, probably around 30 acres or less ...
