Where do I start?

I am looking to lease my existing gas well in Madison township. I have called Chesapeake and left a couple messages with their answering service but haven't ever received a call back. Is there anybody else that is giving out leases in the area?

Columbiana county Ohio near West Point. Not receiving any kind of royalty. I have the well hooked to my home. Yes I own the well and all mineral rights

Not much going on in that area.  I'd wait to see if AEP moves in heavily and then see what their offer is like.  How many acres do you have and what are your expectations for prices?
