Does anyone have an update on this well? The last I heard, both laterals were put into production in March and we should have gotten our first royalty check this month. Does anyone have any info on this well and what is going on?

On the division order I see Net Acres and it says .382078

The only other place on the division order that has acreage is the Unit Gross Acres says 593.719073

How do we see how many acres we have on this well? I never received division orders but I believe out of my 5 acres, 3.x are on Dye's well. Do I need to go to the court house and look at the platt maps?

I would. My division orders for the other well has all that information and its the same thing that the court house has.
It appears, only a little bit more then a third of an acre is included.

So we can go to the courthouse to get the platt maps for the Dye and Trebilcock well and we can see how many acres we have on which well, correct?

I'm hoping I have a check in the mail today. Everyone around me has gotten something but me.

there are still a lot of property owners on the 10h line that haven't got anything .Division orders or anything. We are still waiting.

Yes that's it. According to that decimal of interest she has 0.38207 acres that fall within that unit. So roughly $75 per acre if she had a full acre in the well. About par for the area...

Interesting. I wonder if the rest of her land is on the 10H lateral?? Im going to have to go look at the plat maps.

You can find the plat online. Columbiana recorder now has images.

Where? I am looking and finding a bunch of links with our names but nothing that says images. Can you post the link?

I think I found them

Depending on the lease that was signed the amount varies in the area.  $155-175/acre for Dye 10H with some leases.  First check is misleading because it may show 3 months but only be for 2.5 or 2.25 or 2.75 and there is no way to tell on check stub if is full 3 months.  When it went into production would tell more.  Also the production at 5H was stopped to install tanks after they found oil there.  So first production month and maybe second was only gas.  Not sure when that changed over.  Later checks should be more accurate.

According to Diane Dye the 5H well was shut down for some time to install tanks for oil that was discovered there.  This could be the issue for 5H.
