How do you find out if you are in a unit or not?

This this the forced pooling request to force pool ODOT into this unit. So if this is not resolved yet then no documents would have been sent out to other leaseholders I don't think. Once resolved then the Declaration of Pooled Unit can be filed.

Permalink Reply by AP Wea on September 15, 2014 at 9:35am If you are in a production unit you should receive a copy of the Declaration of Pooled Unit. This is recorded at the recorder's office in your county too. If you go there they will help you find what you are looking for I think. Take parcel numbers etc. Have you had any contact from the drilling company?

I think they are going to the Law unit. If you look on ODNR's Database, the Fineran and Law units are showing up under the County Engineer's list.
Also, I think the Declaration of Pooled Unit (or Division Order) comes at the very end - usually after the well is drilled.
