I apologize for the sarcasm. There are some on this site that would have you believe the "northern " Utica is of no value. Being from Venango County I have not heard of any recent leasing. A lot of leasing was going on a couple years ago as I leased with Hillcorp at that time.

I don't know of anyone currently leasing in Venango county, but I did read from the Butler county website that Edgemarc energy is leasing northern butler in the townships right next to Venango county and paying $3000 bonus.
