In keeping with my SWORN SECRECY....

all I can say now is.....

NCD3 is "better" then hoped for....at this time....:)

All of my predictions and assumptions have been proven true....

Will be a couple weeks

till FULL OUTPUT is on line....

that's my last prediction...

When the quarterly report is out.....

it should be a nice surprise...for those involved..

Till then.....my lips are sealed.....:)

EQT just may go back to their plans of drilling 20 wells here now.

It will all come down to how these wells hold up. The initial production has been pretty good on several wells in the west. Anadarko was very pleased with the first 90 days of production with their wells in spencer township then they fell off a cliff. Not enough pressure. I own minerals in spencer as well as wheeling townships so I'm hoping for the best. This news makes me cautiously optimistic. Keep us posted mike. Thanks.

Does look good so far... and 2 more oil tankers went in awhile ago...

they seem to be keeping one on hand at all times and when one pulls out.. the other comes in on the pad...

im guessing the 2nd tanker will be for during the nite.....

Pad is running around the clock...

I  think the 100 foot frac stages made the  big difference...

and all this oil is coming out from a teeny little crack in the valve....:)

Remember these wells have been resting for weeks....!!

Dobeck is schedule to be fracked in Dec... they might move that date up a bit if this all pans out.

One tanker pulls out...

another right there to hook up..

about every 5 hours..

around the clock...

OIL Tankers...:)

and the well is only in flow back  !!!

Brine trucks and LONG GREY Frac waste tankers constantly coming and going...!!

Thanks, Mike for all the updates. Every 5 hours? Isn't that about 900 barrels a day?

I think the tankers are 186 Bbl tankers...

and once every 5 hours....does add up...

We will have to wait for the quarterly report to get EXACT figures...

But what I see and have heard so far. is VERY encouraging..

These tankers have OIL......

The first 3-4 tankers on first day.. did have some water mix.. minor.. but from 2nd day on....

OIL OIL OIL   :)

as long as they keep the well.. output... slow.....IT WILL BE BETTER..

This Flow back stage .. needs to go SLOW....

I heard EQT wants to OPEN IT UP....NOW.... but I hope not....

The FLOWBACK crew must have enough "authority" to keep it held back...

One clue on how much pressure is down there....

they started with a 1/4 inch hole... aprox...

all this out of a hole the size of a PENCIL.  !!  wow....

This is probably the most important well drilled in 2014. Don't listen to what they say just watch what they do. When I say "they" I mean EQT, Enervest, Devon and Anadarko. Remember it took 6-8 years to figure out the Bakken.

Hello Mr Mike, do you have any info on what is happening with the Clark wells, they seem to be duds  any info on if EQT plans on reworking them or

just writing them off     Paul Wheelock

They are producing but at a very slow pace..

they will be producing for years...

Just not much oil..

Some day.. I would assume ..

EQT will come in and do more laterals... on Clark and Spencer ..with up to date  fracking procedures...

Spencer and Clark just did not have enough frac stages...!!

and not enough sand...

After 90 days of production on NCD3.. I would think some things may

change out this way...

Thank you for the reply Mike, I live 2500 miles away in Nevada and I really appreciate the posts and info ,I heard that the Clark wells were shut down alltogether in August, do not know if that is true or not but it did raise my curiosity  thanks again Paul W

They shut down Clark periodically  I think to let it build up..

We do see OIL tankers come out of Clark occasionally..

Basic production is 30 bbls a day.. for 2 LATERALS...:(

iM GUSSSING.. that a pump jack will INCREASE that

down the road.... but still under some pressure.....tho...

They will wait till pressure is totally gone then pumpjack..
