Or is this the final ruling?
This has me so confused... Uggh...
Hupp has a set time period to appeal to the Ohio Supreme Court. when this time period toll's, absent appeal to the high court, the Appeals Court decision stands.

Newest info on this case is that the Ohio Supreme Court will hear this case. As an appeal to the Ohio Supreme Court is a long process probably isn't going to happen any time soon.
