Plugging The Morrison

FWIW,

Driving by the Morrison well site this morning, my eyes were drawn to a small rig there and a bustle of activity.  I'm guessing that this is the Plug and Abandon phase commencing here?  A discouraging way to start the day - especially for the mineral owners there.

Was this well actually plugged, or were they just servicing it recently?

It has to be plugged Farmer.  Equipment all gone - sign down - not even a truck left.  I believe it is P/A according to ODNR.
