I would like to know the Average amount per acre to lease royalty in Roane County.

It is always a good idea to get an attorney to help with leases (I learned the hard way!) I use Kyle Nuttall, a member of this forum.
I have no idea as I live in SC, my sister-in-law and I visited the courthouse couple weeks ago and found three names that had been doing searches in that area. One being the company that offered $20. acre and 12.5%....

choose Roane County, and recent dates.
For this year, Hard Rock and Hildreth seem to be the only companies getting permits for new wells.

Look for the 0870____ numbers.
