We had a houseful of Members and some from the public sector in the audience.  We came to the conclusion that as long as CX phones are ringing away w/improved offers for us, we're not signing any of the early lease offerings.  After the presentation, explanation, and Q&A session, the decision to meet again in March after winter NAPE added to the leasing glow audience members felt.

New members came on board both WED. and THU..  The logic of the collective decision made sense.

Anyone wanting to sell their OGM's contact Bill because after the meeting I'm certain there are willing buyers!!
