Utica in Greene Co Pa

Anyone have two seperate leases?  One for the marcellus and another for the Utica?

We leased the marcellus and now another company is interested in the Utica.

Haven't heard of  any offers yet but I did hear Rice Energy is drilling for Utica in Greene Co,  Mind saying which company is offering and how much?

It's called A. LAND BASIN.  Their landman are from Horizontal Technology Comp from Pittsburgh.They are to call back tomorrow to set up a meeting with us and give us an offer.

If it's true what I heard(from a reliable source) it's in Aleppo township.  Pretty sure it's on an existing marcellus pad.

marshall county group got 4500 an acre for the Utica only and 6500 for the Utica and Marcellus @ 18% royalty--just putting it out there since they did announce it on tv

no problem, they were leasing in marshall, ohio,Wetzel and green counties
I could guess and say more infrastructure is  in place but my understanding is take away capacity is almost maxed out at the present time
