where can i get- well plat/ plans - for wells for free in greene county ?

with out paying 120.00 to see all legs    for :   (james rice 12H pad )  and when will i know if they did drill under me ? will i just receive check in mail ? how does it work ?    chevron owns the rights vantage is drilling close to me. my property is about 800 yards away from well pad . 12 hole pad- i am hoping they hit me ? but ,would like to know for sure where legs are .

I OWN MINERAL RIGHTS AND HAVE A PRODUCING WELL IN SPRINGHILL TOWNSHIP.. ALONG WITH SEVERAL OTHERS ITS THE MICHAEL McNICHOLAS WELL ...GREENE COUNTY. AND NO THERES NOT MUCH DISSCUTIONS ON HERE IN THIS AREA. I think in Springhill township right now there are only 2 wells in production...so far...

I have 232 acres next to the Denny and our lease expires in march of 2015. I have not heard a word from anyone yet. So I have no idea what's going on. I thought they were going to drill Dennys well this year but who knows. They don't tell ya anything.

I have seen friends leases almost up and then in last 2 or 3 months before they expire the company gets in touch.... if I hadn't went on a road trip I would not have known what was going on with mine. And bless this site it has helped a lot with a lot of good people.

Does uhh one know anything about the Holbrooke storage field that has been under litigation since 2012 and how it affects people that have royalties? And what has to happen to be included in a unit? Thanks. Debbie

Mr. Long this is to you and any other person living near the Holbrooke area. Wondering if you had heard anything in addition to the one article from 2012 about the Holbrooke Storage Field. We have had no contact from Rice about this. We are working with a group in Pittsburgh to investigate this. My sisters cousins and I are heirs to the John Hampson properties mineral rights on Muddy Hollow Rd. and Tara Hill Rd. Thanks for any info on this. Debbie Pennell

i have heard nothing about holbrook storage field in holbrook but , the rich lie to use here steal from us and keep us in dark ! i know nothing about it but,  if you do here something let me know thanks sorry couldn't help. muddy hollow road does have some legs drilled threw it from vantage energy . i think they just started flowing gas week or so ago  i do know that for a fact . if i had your plat #s i could tell you more .
