Fowler Well in Unity Township

Does anyone have any information on the Fowler Well in Unity Township? Last I heard there was a property disagreement and it was holding things up, but that has been over a year ago. Thanks in advance!

The Fowler, the Carney and several others Chesapeake wells in the Elton run area and else where in northeast Columbiana county put on the inactive list as of January 13,2015. This is good news(or at least gives hope) for landowners who are eager to get out of a Chesapeake leases or don't like the idea of receiving very little in royalties due to the slump in the market. For those of you Held by Production by Chesapeake, Pray they sell your property to a better company.
