Not from EDR, but I did recieve an offer from CPC of $17,850 per acre. (Forward Twp, Butler Co.)

CPC?

That's considerably more than EDR's offer whish is based on a 12.5% royalty. Also my land is already leased to H&H.

That sounds really high. It's probably something that you really need to read the fine print on it. Like you get a big offer, but you agree not to get paid. I've got letters, but never pursued them.

I saw two replies here offering help to sell my rights. Both were deleted before I could respond. What's a reasonable offer per acre for subsurface oil and gas rights in Butler County?

My offer was for a well producing unit acreage.
