I received an unsolicited offer to buy my oil and gas rights from Energy Deep Resources. My property is in Sarver. Anyone else been contacted or have any thoughts on the subject?

That's considerably more than EDR's offer whish is based on a 12.5% royalty. Also my land is already leased to H&H.
