A land man from Rover has been here numerous times with an offer that was pathetic, esp. when you consider there will be 2-42" pipes coming through here. AND he offered a specific payment for damages. That is amazing since we have no clue exactly where they are proposing to go. Bob told them to mark the expected path, then come back!! THEY don't even know, for certain, where they are going!!

Have been aproached about a pipeline crossing our property . Looks like it will cross Gundy Ridge rd. about 300yds west of the intersection of Gundy and HanoverRidge in North twp.

The map they sent me says Utopia Pipelines. Kidder Morgan called to ok  a survey on the property. It will be a transmission line as far as I can tell.Being I's south of the Scio plant my best guess is its the line that is going to run thru to Cadiz
