Rex put in well drilling requests for Fleeger pad and now Gray Pad. Would someone in the know please tell me where the Gray pad is? Thanks in advance.

Rex just paid $3000 an acre for 135 acres along 308 just south of the high school. Previous lease expired 2 years ago and Rex approached landowner.
Permalink Reply by Jon on April 6, 2015 at 6:08am Not sure what they have in mind. There are 6 of us with about 900 acres all adjoining each other, all signed with Rex. We are about 3 miles South of the Puryear wells and about 6 miles North of the Rennick site.

Permalink Reply by Robert Allingham on April 6, 2015 at 10:40am It appears that Rex is trying to HBP as much land as possible. I too were with BCLG and Rex has included most of my acreage in with the Renick pad. They appear to have divided up the 4 Renick wells into 4 different units of about 1100 acres each even though I'm directly east of the pad. I believe they are trying to keep on schedule with their 2015,2016 and 2017 plan as per the corporate presentation color coded map. There is still much hope even though gas prices are currently depressed. This is a long term play and we shouldn't lose hope. Good luck to everyone. Bob A.

Permalink Reply by CJ on April 10, 2015 at 7:04am Signed my REX lease in Dec. 2013. It has now been sold to SUMMIT DISCOVERY RESOURCES II LLC, along with 176 other REX leases in the area (Franklin Twp., Muddy Creek, etc.). SUMMIT is a subsidiary of Sumitomo Corporation of Americas. AboutWhat makes this site so great? Well, I think it's the fact that, quite frankly, we all have a lot at stake in this thing they call shale. But beyond that, this site is made up of individuals who have worked hard for that little yard we call home. Or, that farm on which blood, sweat and tears have fallen. [ Read More ] |
