What's the going rate per foot for pipe line right-of-ways? And, how about more than one pipeline?

Older standard was $1/foot/inch diameter. 36" line over 100'= $3,600, two lines=$7,200. Probably 2 or 3 times that now. Regardless, a pipeline will never improve the value of your land, it will _forever_ prevent you from building or planting trees on the ROW.
