I'm out of state, too, and would love some "on the ground" info too, especially about what companies are on the pipeline in the northern part of the county and also on the pipeline that I understand is being built in the southern part of the county.

There seems to be a little bit of leasing and development going on, mostly on the eastern side of the county.  Anybody local might have more detailed information.
