Permalink Reply by James M Stephens on May 4, 2015 at 9:34am I got a picture of the rig last week. I have been recovering from a rattle snake bite, and didn't get a chance to post it yet. I also heard that the Lepley well is on its last leg and should be done by June. Rumor has it that the Initial returns on the completed legs has been very good, which is supported by the fact that this well is now in process.

Permalink Reply by Finnbear on May 19, 2015 at 12:45am Any idea where it is going next? To the Edge Pad site? Any activity at Edge?
I hear they are drilling the Winesburg pad now.
Permalink Reply by DG Paris Twp on May 19, 2015 at 2:38am I was down on Saturday turkey hunting and they were hauling the equipment and rig out from the Lepley pad. Some of the trucks headed all the way out to RT 556 with their loads. We saw a bunch of activity over on the Edge Pad (dozers and bobcats etc.) but no equipment staged and didn't see anything that lead us to believe that the rig from Lepley was heading to Edge next.
On another note my daughter did manage to harvest a nice tom on Saturday!

AboutWhat makes this site so great? Well, I think it's the fact that, quite frankly, we all have a lot at stake in this thing they call shale. But beyond that, this site is made up of individuals who have worked hard for that little yard we call home. Or, that farm on which blood, sweat and tears have fallen. [ Read More ] |
