AEU revises units in Guernsey Co. 7/8/15 what is this?

See on the ODNR site AEU revised the following units in Londonderry Twp., Guernsey Co, on July 8, 2015.  What is revising a unit?  How will it effect  things? Units are the  Caston LND GR 2H,4H,6H,  Lake West Lnd GR 2H,4H,6H, and the Lawson LND GR 2H and 6H.  Thanks for telling me what this is!!

Changing the size and/or shape of the unit, most likely.

Can you look up the new units on the ODNR website to compare to the old units?  If so how.
