Artex: Why so quiet?

Anybody know what's going on with these guys? They have yet to drill a well in 2015. Last drilled was 12/15/2014. They are still leasing and doing seismic but no drilling. I read on here awhile back they were getting into the Utica Shale business.

Anadarko paid NGO(Newark, Ohio) a 12.9 million dollar termination fee to end their Farm-In for Coshocton and Tuscararus Counties. I could see the Artex/Anadarko termination fee being 10-20 times that much. Artex should be "rolling" in cash.

I heard that Artex was bought out.

artex is good for flipping leases and deep rights  and holding a percentage

I have not heard that. With oil down nearly 9% today I doubt we will see any M/A in the near future.

They did not drill the altier well the site was reclaimed this spring. I heard it was because of the low oil prices but i could be wrong.
