What about missing answer #5:   Yes, I KNOW the names of my gas wells.....or missing answer #6;  Yes, I am getting royalties and KNOW the names of my gas wells.....or answer #7; I'm getting royalties and could care less what the names of my gas wells are.....

Wonder How many would answer that #7. LOL

I had the E&S permit number for the pad. No it wasn't on us. Had all the well #'s and when they were drilling contacted drilling Company.

Drilling company had 3 people call me within an Hour. I was Impressed. Could not answer my questions had to have Lessee answer them. Got the call from Lessee same day that did answer my questions. I think!!!

The Well log and Completion Report are in conflict and My answer was a 3rd choice. Guess it's none of my business it's a unit A situation and I'm in Unit B.
