Rosul Unit Fayette County no royalty payment this month.

Just checking to see if chevron shut down any wells? This payment would be for the month of May. Direct deposit is done on the 28th of every month, nothing was deposited. Any information out there on this issue?

call chevron and ask them why no payment was made in june.....and let us know what they say the reason is

we had the same thing with Vantage, seems like they are all doing this?  It can't be legal or proper according to the lease.  In my opinion they are doing it to see if we just let it happen or hire attorneys to stop it.  And we are gearing up to fight them!  Thieving bastards, if I stole from you I'd be in criminal court, exactly where they should be!

Greg,

I note that the DEP has posted May production numbers for the Rosul Unit wells.  Production is consistent with previous months so no shut-ins or choking.

Have you heard anything more?

Finally got a call from Chevron; told us that they overpaid us and they have to recoup the money?  Could be couple months before we recieve another royalty check.  Have you ever heard such a thing?  What do we do next?  The company can simply say they over paid you and that is it.

Every one around me is getting registered letters from Chevron saying they were surrendering their leases and no more lease payments would be sent.  Seems like they don't like our gas here in Bullskin Twp.  I guess it says they can do that in the contract.  This would be the 5th payment in a 5 year contract.
