Keystone Clearwater Pipeline

Anyone approached in the Greensboro Pa area for a water line right of way?  

We were approached for a permanent water line @ $25 a ft.  50 ft. wide.

We were approached in WV.  Wondering same.  I this good price for permanent water line?

they don't need 50 foot for a water line that's a given.  i would be suspicious and check the easement language.  a water line needs no more that 20 feet.

We are also in the Greensboro area and were approached. We said no to a permanent line but would consider a temporary line.
