Where are the utica wells in marshall and how are they doing?

Do you guys think the Utica is productive all over Marshall? And Marcellus?
Wow I wish we were getting $3/MMBtu. Truth is, with the basis differentials, we are seeing realized prices closer to $1/MMBtu in Appalachia. That's why there are so many shut in wells and we are seeing the DUC inventory on the rise -- no one wants to produce right now because they're giving the gas away.
It's also worth mentioning that IP rates are attention grabbing but those production rates fall off dramatically. Here's a real brief summary on decline curves I recently wrote. I think it's important for a lot of mineral owners to understand how quickly production from these wells can fall off so they don't make poor financial decisions during flush production.
