I am wondering if anyone else has not received any royalty checks from Rex in a while. I am on one of the Flinner pads, and I haven't received a check since May.
Rex informed me of the low gas prices some time around May, but I don't remember reading anything about a production shut-down or no royalties if a minimum production figure isn't met, etc..
Anyone have a clue on this?

A correction: My last royalty check was in July, not May. So it's been 3 months now with no check, not 4 or 5. I had neglected to enter the July payment into my records. June was skipped, so the $50 minimum Philip mentioned is definitely a reason for the royalty drought.
Update: Rex did finally send a check in November for August - October. The statement showed production numbers for all four months, so either they've cut production way back, or it's reflective of the low prices right now, or both.
