do u know any specs on that line?  

The capacity of any gas pipeline depends on how the operator balances the rest of their system. So you could know the diameter of the line and it wouldn't tell you a great deal unless you knew what pressure their system was set up to handle at a given time. Certainly JKLM wouldn't have signed a contract that didn't give them adequate capacity for what they had planned, and NFG wouldn't have promised capacity they couldn't deliver. But there's no back-door way to come up with this particular line's current capacity without a real time knowledge of the rest of the system. Which none of us have.
