Current offers for minerals
A few weeks ago (Jan 2016), a company offered to purchase 100% of the gas and mineral rights on my property. I am wondering if anyone else has received any offers recently.

I personally have not received any.
But, several friends have.
The amounts differ depending on where your property is located.
No matter where the property is, the offers are far less than this time last year.

You can still sell them but the offer is probably going to be around half of what you were previously offered. What county is your property located?
