Rice Energy Clawing Back Royalty Payments

Rice Energy is clawing back royalty payments for the past three months. How common is this? Is it legal?

O/G companies......

Please do not include me in any drilling UNIT.  Under these current conditions.....you ripping off

the landowner's royalties.....I rather not participate.

The Rice clan will look great in a 3 generation family photo wearing the colors of the penitentiary they will all be assigned to.

Figure out how to put them there then put your legal plan to work.

I have the legal plan for Ohio based on the Hope Fellowship Church vs Chesapeake Complaint/Law Suit.

If you are in Pennsylvania? It sounds like you have some politicians that are attempting to go after the theft for you folks. I hope it spreads to Ohio!
