Thanks...if you get anymore info please let me know.  When I look at PA land records I see that my Center TWP property is "DECL POOL"  Sotler 30H unit.  along with Sotler South Unit and Sotler 32H unit. What exactly does that mean?

Guy,

Companies file a Declaration of Unitization/Pooling. It lists the property "unitized" to form the drilling/production unit and the acreage.

If you review the document you will find your property and all the other properties that were declared as a part of the unit.
