I do have an old lease with a gas company and they want to renew the lease, at least they did as of Dec, 2010 haven't heard back from them. I was told they only wanted to go under the property. No worries about anyone living there as no one is. I would really just like to sell the property and keep the mineral rights. I just don't want to deal with the property anymore. One of those life decisions for me too.
