Look, the Bankers have to be paid.

If the Bankers don't get their end, the Bankers have the wherewithal to do something about it.

After the Bankers have been paid, just the scraps, if anything, are left.

When you do business with people who don't understand business, this is what happens.

Remember, CHK's creditors, including the bankers, are getting crammed down.

If the true results of the handiwork of CHK's Brain Trust actually happened, CHK would have been history at least 2 years ago, just a bad memory today. 

I'm talking about paying debt according to the original terms, completing deals, paying drafts, honoring contracts in full, keeping its word, etc. In other words--- sans the scumbagery

CHK, per high priced legal talent, has been avoiding the reckoning of its "skills" for years.

When you have people that aren't qualified to run gas stations, together with their relatives, friends, mistresses, etc., running major exploration and production companies, this is what you get.

That's true for Rice, Rex, Range, EQT--the whole gang.
