Albert from what I read in the papers, Ethane is volatile, Toxic, Explosive and has no business being stored in the ground in a Salt formation that isn't actually a dome but more of a rectangle, next to the Ohio River.

I have no doubt this is going to be something most people will regret from Dillies Bottom to Louisiana.

Show me the Safety Analysis Report that shows the Ohio and Mississippi Valley inhabitants will be protected from a salt cavern storage failure event.

I forgot, the oil and gas industry does what they want. Making money is too important to hinder with  rules and laws.
