Artex Noble County Ohio, will they extend there leases ?

Most of there leases are expiring in November -December 2016 . Are they going to extend them?

Be patient. Technology will improve and the "core" drilling areas will become less available. The Artex holdings are in the elusive "oil window". Companies are only drilling the easy money right now. $60 oil might bring activity west.

Most likely! But not at same $$...They will be trying to lease at lower % and take out all the good! All and any clauses that protect the land owner. Basically be a take what we offer or let "someone else"... maybe lease you years from now crap! inhancement clauses out the door!
