Had a call from someone about purchasing mineral rights for 6500/acre? Any one else been approached?

Kind of like Gulfport, Gulfport Buckeye, Gulfport Appalachia which my lease was flipped to all three and then some.

Ohio acreage is exempt in the Chapter 11.
