My checkstub information does not have a straightforward price but I am given my "owner vol" and "owner gross" and it varies from $2.05 to $2.50 for the last few months. Hope that helps. Ritchie County WV

Thank you for sharing Nancy.  I'm just trying to get an picture of what CNX is selling their gas for.  Are you in a net lease or gross lease or are these sales prices irrespective of net or gross.  Thanks.

We have a modified lease, due to the class action settlement (on old vertical wells) a few years ago when we didn't know better LOL

It is 90% of the price.
