leasee

our leasee has expired march 23 2011 we have not seen any money for a renewal there has been no drilling on us or in our grid that we know of. our lease was with anadarko we herd cheasapeek was holding it but southwestern wants to buy a .3 of a acer we own in the middel of it. we have not been contacted by anyone saying there drilling in our unit . so my ? is our lease up. they had the option to take a nother 5 years but from what i have read they were to send us a check post dated by midnight march 23 2011  do i have a case were we can re lease you have to remember we leased for 40$ a acer then 6 months they went to 1000s$ we felt cheated then . could this be our redemption?

If you have not recived copy of a pooling declaration or the automatic extension monies your lease has expired...

Yes it sure could!! My Grandmother is with Anadarko and they did mail her , her check, in time for her auto extension ..AT a LOUSY 45 pr. acre. Seismic testing is to occur soon..They also did a pre test a few years back. What are are you in?? Anadarko is mostly S . of us in Tioga County down to Lycoming Co.
