Sharing: They’ve drilled a well on my property, but never finished it. Why?

Thought this was an interesting article from Farm & Dairy.

"As of the end of May 2019, there are still 437 drilled, but uncompleted wells in the Appalachian basin of eastern Ohio, West Virginia and Pennsylvania"

main reason is gas prices. Look at historical Henry Hub prices from say 2012 to 2019.
