any new news

hi everyone; is there anything new here? it's like a dead zone. does anybody know if the gas and oil companies are going to start leasing and drilling here? any news will be appreciated. thank you dave.

Pretty sure the NG price, both current and projected, will keep things quiet for quite a while.

Leasing, both new and renewals, will be under extreme scrutiny by the E&Ps to be able to show a positive ROI in this low price environment.

Not to say that leases will not happen, but at a much slower and measured pace. The promised glut worldwide has materialized.

And if new leases are offered I would expect signing bonuses to be way down.
