Just curious...

I am in Liberty township and a few months ago got an offer to buy my royalties for 1500 to 1800 per acre, but they would do a more in-depth look if I was serious which "mite change the numbers" slightly....even tho I am not drilled or receiving any royalties ..talked to a landsman rite b4 I contacted them and he advised caution as there will be "significant" activity in my area in the "near future"....how about it, anybody else get an offer or hear anything or see any activity here in Tioga Co. ?

Left the 4 out still a great deal they wanted over 2 billion.Shell is desperate they cut there dividend 66%.

I think you and me are the only folks that look at this site any more...hahahaha

I am Josie from the past!

Hope you are doing well!

With some other gas companies seemingly scaling back and "holding down the fort", doesn`t this move by NFG seem to be very aggressive and forward thinking?  Any chance of more acreage being purchased in Jefferson or Northern Indiana counties?

Hopefully Senaca will do the proper maintenance and pick the production up on tioga wells.Shell just let them glog up wouldn't spend the money to keep them clean.

Are there leases not developed yet or is their plan just to maintain or increase current well production?

I don't know senacas plans.Middlebury and chatham was a perfect fit for them they have pipelines there and a lot leases.

What does that mean and what is required to clean up a well or well pad?

I'm going to bed now.

I’m still here on Mt Top Road. Our royalties are still paying so far.

paleface,

I am curious about your statement regarding Shell's maintenance on existing wells. What actions should a producer be taking to keep the wells from falling off in production? Are there specific things that others do, that Shell did not? It might explain why their wells have historically been outside the 'best' wells in TC. Thanks in advance for any info you can provide.

Shell had a company try and bring production back but was unsuccessful.Shell let them go to long. Shell had a filter system on the Kinnan wells they had to clean it just about daily and it worked but shell knew they were selling and let it go now the production is dropping off.Hopefully NFG will keep up with maintenance. These Utica wells leave a lot mineral deposit in the down pipe and it builds up.

Thank you paleface!
