Just curious...

I am in Liberty township and a few months ago got an offer to buy my royalties for 1500 to 1800 per acre, but they would do a more in-depth look if I was serious which "mite change the numbers" slightly....even tho I am not drilled or receiving any royalties ..talked to a landsman rite b4 I contacted them and he advised caution as there will be "significant" activity in my area in the "near future"....how about it, anybody else get an offer or hear anything or see any activity here in Tioga Co. ?

For years they have hyped their Lycoming County Marcellus Acreage and focused their drilling efforts there.          But it appears there is a lot more gas in the deeper TC Utica.

Senaca knows how to drill Utica wells. We have a bright future now in Tioga co.

I know little to nothing about Seneca, but had a relative working (sub contract) under Shell for a while, years ago. They were super careful, dotted all the is and crossed all the ts. Is Seneca good that way?

We went from don't tell me were the big bullies to a hungry want to grow company.

We should thank NFG for buying Shell they saved us.Shell is a ship lost at sea no direction no money. There cutting pensions severance massif layoffs its a sad day for the once giant international oil company.

Yeah! Their commitment to the EU being Net Zero Emissions by 2050 is a Brain Fart. In order to have that policy, they are 100% committed to man made global warming.

Production appears to e dropping rapidly in the unit I’m in with the seven wells they drilled. Four months in production. Very large drop across all seven.

I don’t know how deep they are. I’m in the DNCR 594 02-200 unit.

Are they Utica wells, Tom? You are talking depletion from month to month, correct?

I don’t know. We’ve been in production for 4 months on 7 wells and our volume is down about 60% from two months ago.

That well pad is Marcellus and the company is Repsol

I can only find 3 month of production; Jan, Feb, Mar. I do not see a 60% decline. I see the wells gearing up to produce and may be throttled back right now due to loe gas prices. The production looks very low for Liberty Township. Just give it some time. No way to predict the future on 3 months of production. May I suggest that you guys be grateful you're being produced? Best Regards!

Ya, that’s it. So is that normal for Marcellus wells?

Not sure there is A Normal right now because of the very low gas prices. If I were Repsol I would keep the gas in the ground until better prices....If I were you I would want 500,000 on each of the 7 wells...and prices to be $4.00. HA!
