Gas companies on the move...

Cabot Oil & Gas was recently purchased by Climarex.  Who might be next?   Who are the companies looking to expand and which companies are exposed for purchase?  What are the signs of a company that is open to be purchased?   

How exposed is CNX Resources and others?  If they are exposed for a buy-out, who might want to buy them?

I would not buy CNX with free money from the sky.  Just the due diligence of working with those morons is justifiable.

What do you think their future holds for them...steady growth, sale of some leases & other assets (where; maybe CPA area), new upper management or a complete sale out?
