Surging Natural Gas Prices

How are the surging natural gas prices affecting drilling this year, and what about going into 2022?  Are the gas companies taking advantage of these higher prices?  What`s next?

NY Gov Hochul is BANNING new gas hookups 2027 ... California as well ... As a MULTI Business owner here in NY , I am truly considering a move out of this over regulated State .. The choke hold on Business in NY slowly gets tighter and tighter .

I thought I would never leave PA, my people have been here for more than 10 generations (Tioga County) living and dead. Politics has me despairing, though. I do not expect anything more to happen than is already going on in the Northern Tier.
