Was contacted by Purple Corp.-said they were working for Ascent, a couple weeks ago. Offered $3000 acre +18%. Didn't sign. Property is in Southwestern Kirkwood twp

Blue Baron has been going around Warren Township this spring/summer offering $4,000 and 20 % .  Their offshoot CORE has been going to the old Oxford leases offering $3,000 and 18% for a Top Lease but only pays if they can get Diversified to give up the rights in court.

To my surprise, Ascent exercised their option to renew our 5 year lease last fall.
