No real down time for drillers , they reevaluate their outfits all the time ... They add land , swap land , sell land all the time ...EQT still down since the ETRN merger deal ...

Seneca drilled a HBP well in Chatham they must like the area.

Good news for those in that area .. Seems like its  NFG best area .. Meanwhile my acreage across the border in Lindley NY remains untouched ....

As time rolls on now, are there any positive or encouraging news from the gas industry?  Will NG prices rise this year or maybe next year?

Gas will go up ,, the question is when .... Waha hub in Texas is now paying ZERO for gas .....

I have never given particular stock advice .. METC and its emerging rare earth prospects is worth a look ...

How has production along with CapEx reduction affected activity?  Are gas companies still moving forward?

Production is on the decline ... Electric generation continues to increase and slated to rise ... Yes , there is a silver lining for gassers

What industries will drive the increased electricity need?   Electric vehicles are getting the most attention now, but where else will electricity use increase?  Silver linings are nice!

Chesapeake had a good day.

Chessie and I have had a very good relationship for nearly 20 years , even through Bankruptcy .. Mixes feelings on the SWN deal ... NE PA gas good , Haynesville very expensive to drill but closer to LNG plnts

Power demand from Artificial Intel will be huge
