Which companies might consider buying Infinity Natural Resources for it`s Marcellus/Utica development in Armstrong/Indiana counties?  They seem to be doing well.

Starting to see some Huntley & Huntley leasing activity in northern Indiana County.   CNX Gas is also active with new lease deals, too.  What`s the future for this region?  INR continues to add new leases in Young & Armstrong townships.

Good to hear boots on the ground information.  I fully expect the vision promoted by the Huntley and Huntley CEO to come true.  Just a matter of time, as acreage continues to be drilled in the sweet spots.  Not sure if you saw this slide, but it gives a great view of where CNX drilled wells and where INR acreage is located.  Just need to be patient.

So who will drill a Utica well first, INR or CNX?  If CNX, how close to the INR acreage would CNX venture?  If too close and they drill a good well wouldn`t that confirm for INR of the Utica potential?  What would CNX do if INR wasn`t for sale and CNX wanted to go further to the northeast?  Patient??

The CNX wells are Utica wells, as noted only 7 miles away from INR and likely similar geology, which is why INR is so confident that they can drill similar wells.  Why haven't they?  Good question, it will happen I have no doubt.

Is Utica a viable option going east into Westmoreland County?  The western portion has proven to be very good for both CNX and Olympus Energy.  Currently no Utica permits are approved by the DEP for the central or eastern area.

The million dollar question!  I suspect that the Utica gets deeper and deeper as you go east, when does it get too deep and become too hot.

High thermal temperature has been an issue with previous attempts to drill Utica wells near Homer City in Indiana County.  A  XTO well was abandoned and plugged after it`s drilling.  Just where the eastern delineation point for Utica is yet to be determined.  Maybe just drill a shallower well.  Marcellus seems to be quite good though.

Might be of interest to you famgas, Infinity Natural Resources has bought out one of their working interest partners in the Chase field

Buyout of partner

What will this mean for their future?  Another Utica well permit in Young Township, Indiana County.   Two Utica wells now being planned for Indiana and Armstrong counties.  What`s up?

Not sure about the near future, they will be releasing earnings for the full year and Q4 soon, we might learn more then.  Do you have info on Utica wells?  Have not seen any new permits

Nice find!  But almost a month and a half for a technical review?
