 We've been notified our Frio lease has been sold.

Those like Frio that are assembling acreage will eventually sell since they are not the drillers/operators so that could be a good sign. If you know who they sold it to that would help. On my map I recall seeing some color changes based on ownership. I can have a look and see.

I read on another page the frio leases had been flipped to Valedor Energy
