Permalink Reply by sharon k knerr on July 5, 2011 at 1:49pm we just received our letter from ALOV we are signing our lease with chesepeake on 7/9 at the Winona Evangelical friends church....Chesapeake energy has agreed to lease our acreage for $2,250 per acre and 17.5% royalty....The only cost to Alov is $60.00.....I hope i have helped other stark county landowners.....So you can see what a big difference is makes to join a group.....We were originaly offered only $400 from chesepeake.....

We were offered a low figure and countered but Chesapeake wouldn't budge. We're going to look into ALOV. Thanks for your advise.
