I was told by a landman who arranged the lease on my property in Lawrence and Goshen twps. with Chief Oil and Gas that the gas companies are not leasing any more property right now until they find the "hot spots" with test wells, begin generating some income from production wells and/or the price of gas takes off. I still have 60 more acres to lease but nobody is interested at the moment.

Vince -- there is activity in your township being planned by EXCO North Coast --they may have an interest in your acerage if you are not too far away

hey Vince,

Exco and Carrizo are the biggest players in Brady. Both have drilling plans in 2011. If you need the landman phone numbers let me know.

Sorry I never replied back to you but if your information from Nov is still good on what is happening in Brady Twp, then I would apprecitae the phone numbers for the landman. I see that Cathy below would like them also.

If you have any new information, please do let me know about that also.
