This two-day intensive program will explore the legal and technical challenges facing the oil and gas industry in development of major shale plays throughout the country, with an emphasis on the issues facing stakeholders in the Marcellus Shale Play. Organized and sponsored by two of the country's leading non-profit legal educational organizations - the Rocky Mountain and Energy and Mineral Law Foundations, supported by the American Association of Professional Landmen.
